This disclaimer governs participation in THE MARTIAL CAMP event from December 4, 2024, to December 17, 2024. By purchasing a ticket online, you agree to these terms.
Health and Medical Conditions
- You affirm that you have no medical conditions increasing exercise risks and that your doctor approved your participation.
- Notify us promptly if you acquire new injuries, illnesses, or conditions or experience discomfort during exercises. We reserve the right to prohibit participation if necessary.
No Representations or Warranties
We disclaim all representations and warranties regarding THE MARTIAL CAMP, including injury prevention.
Photography and Video Release
By participating, you grant permission to use event media for promotional purposes. This includes use on websites, social media, and promotional materials. You understand and agree that these materials may be used without compensation.
Personal Property
You are responsible for your property; we are not liable for lost or stolen items.
Limitations and Exclusions of Liability
We are not liable for personal injury, lost property, or business losses.
Exclusions
This disclaimer does not affect liability for negligence, fraud, or non-excludable liability.
Severability
If any part is deemed unlawful, the remainder remains in effect.

Deposit and Refund Policy
- All bookings are non-refundable.
- Tickets can be transferred to another participant up to 30 days before the event. Notify us in writing of the transfer. Additional fees may apply.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
