Everything You Need to Know About The Martial Camp 2024

The Martial Camp is a 14-day, 13-night event. Each instructor will have two full days dedicated to their teachings, except for Master Dennis Wang, who will have one day. This provides a total of 11 days of internal martial arts training. In addition to the training, the remaining days will be reserved for group trips, excursions, meditation sessions, and time to enjoy the resort’s facilities, including the swimming pool.

The official dates are the 04th to the 17th of December 2024.

The resort is located approximately 25km outside Chiang Mai’s center. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the resort if you travel from the airport or the city center of Chiang Mai.

If you’re attending the event alone, you will be allocated a twin room at the resort with another person. If you wish to upgrade to a private room with a king-sized bed, an additional charge of $250 to upgrade to a private suite. Please note that a limited number of private suites are available, and rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Each room has comfortable beds and mattresses, including a private bathroom with an electric shower and toilet.

If you would like to bring your partner with you, there is an option to upgrade to a private deluxe room (king-sized bed.) Your partner can then enjoy all of the facilities at the resort while you are training, and you will both be able to take part in all of the planned group tours, day trips, and excursions.

The resort has a fully equipped training hall with air-conditioning onsite. The training and teaching will take place at the resort.

Yes, buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included at the resort. However, you are responsible for paying for your food and drinks when you are not at the resort (including the excursion days) and any food ordered outside of the allocated eating times.

Yes, there is a safe in the room.

The rooms will be cleaned every day unless you request otherwise.

Yes, the resort offers a laundry service. You can contact the hotel reception if you wish to use this service.

Yes, WIFI is free and available in the resort’s reception, lounge, and restaurant areas.

Yes, clean towels are provided in your rooms each day. Swimming towels are also free and available upon request from the reception.

No problem. All outings and group excursions are optional, so it’s no problem if you wish not to participate. You are welcome to attend the camp and not participate in the trips.

If you’re planning to join us for our training camp, please check if you qualify to enter Thailand without a Visa. The VISA EXEMPTION RULE allows tourists from 55 countries to enter Thailand without a visa. If your country is not on this list, you must apply for a Thai visa in your home country before you travel. During December, Chiang Mai usually experiences warm temperatures in the daytime (average of 29 degrees Celsius) and cooler temperatures in the evenings when the sun goes down (average of 10 degrees Celsius). We recommend bringing a jacket to wear in the mornings and evenings to keep yourself comfortable.
