About Master Yap Boh Heong
Master Yap Boh Heong is a lifelong practitioner of Shaolin Five Ancestors and the lineage holder of Yan Shou Gong, as passed down through his family tradition. He is the son of the late Grandmaster Yap Cheng Hai, one of Southeast Asia’s most respected martial arts figures.
Renowned for his profound understanding of internal energy (Nei Jin) and its practical martial applications, Master Yap continues to preserve and transmit the rare teachings of these systems through workshops, seminars, and online courses in collaboration with The Martial Man.
